When I think about Space, I definitely think about the Kennedy Space Center. KSC is an amazing wealth of resources. Unfortunately, we can't visit right now (even if we were nearby!) but, I can share with you a few links to jump start your own exploration of the KSC goodies online.
Here is the link that takes you to the KSC Educator Resources page. Here you will find activities for some serious learning. https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/camps-and-education/educator-resources There are experiments, worksheets, info on space STEM and more. I recommend taking a look at the video series' and their Facebook page for easy access info. Check out the KSC Blog - they don't post a ton, but they post news and exciting updates. :) https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/blog If you decide to dig into the space nutrition learning information, visit the links below to check out additional education on space nutrition: Journal of Sandra Magnus: https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/expeditions/expedition18/journal_sandra_magnus_7.html
